ABOUT THE PARLOUR ON LORRAINE

The Parlour on Lorraine is a fully styled intimate event venue in Bayou View, Gulfport. Its dark, elegant atmosphere gives hosts a polished setting for meaningful gatherings without starting from an empty room.

Every detail was chosen with purpose, from the moody lighting and vintage textures to the flexible furniture and curated decor. The venue arrives ready to help your celebration, workshop, or photo session feel personal and elevated.

WHAT MAKES THE PARLOUR DIFFERENT

Most rental spaces give you four walls and leave the rest to you. The Parlour includes the foundation you need to create a beautiful experience: tables and chairs, lounge seating, decor access, a sound system, WiFi, a bar, a bathroom, outdoor space, and complimentary setup and cleanup time.

Clients bring their own food and beverages. Outside caterers, florists, photographers, bakers, decorators, and other event professionals are welcome.

WHAT YOU CAN HOST

The Parlour is designed for baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, dinners, micro weddings, private celebrations, weekday workshops, photography sessions, brand content, educational programs, and other intimate gatherings.

Photography-only rentals are available at $75 per hour. Private events and guest gatherings use the standard venue rate.

CAPACITY AND LAYOUT

Fully seated layouts typically accommodate 32 to 37 guests depending on the setup. A mixed seated and standing layout can accommodate up to 55 guests.

Because every event uses the room differently, your estimated guest count and preferred layout should be included with your inquiry.

WEEKDAY WORKSHOPS

Qualifying small businesses and nonprofit organizations may request the $250 weekday workshop package. It is available Monday through Thursday for up to five consecutive hours total, including setup, workshop time, and cleanup. Approval and weekday availability are required.
