WHAT IS THE PARLOUR ON LORRAINE?
The Parlour on Lorraine is a fully styled intimate event venue in Gulfport, Mississippi. It is designed for baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, dinners, micro weddings, workshops, photography, and meaningful private gatherings.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes. On-site parking is available at no additional charge.
IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE?
Yes. The Parlour is accessible.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN THE PARLOUR ACCOMMODATE?
For a fully seated event, plan for 32 to 37 guests depending on the layout. For a mix of seating and standing, the maximum capacity is 55. The venue cannot accommodate more than 55 guests.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD EVENT RENTAL RATE?
Standard venue rental is $175 per hour every day with a 3-hour minimum, starting at $525.
DO YOU OFFER PHOTOGRAPHY RENTALS?
Yes. Photography and content-creation rentals are $75 per hour. This rate is for photography use only. Private events and guest gatherings use the standard venue rate.
DO YOU OFFER A WEEKDAY WORKSHOP PACKAGE?
Yes. Qualifying small businesses and nonprofit organizations may request a $250 Monday-through-Thursday workshop package. It includes up to 5 consecutive hours total, including setup, workshop time, and cleanup. Approval and weekday availability are required.
DO YOU OFFER FULL-DAY RENTALS?
Yes. Full-day access is $1,200 for up to 15 hours.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Rentals include tables, chairs, lounge seating, access to available decor, a sound system, WiFi, a bar, a bathroom, and outdoor space. The Parlour is one room and does not have a kitchen or prep area. Standard rentals include one complimentary hour total for setup and cleanup. The setup portion may be scheduled earlier, so you may set up, leave, and return for your event.
DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD OR DRINKS?
No. The Parlour does not provide food or drinks. Clients bring their own.
CAN I BRING OUTSIDE VENDORS?
Yes. Outside caterers, florists, photographers, bakers, decorators, and other event professionals are welcome.
IS ADDITIONAL DECOR AVAILABLE?
Access to available decor is included. Ask what is currently available when you submit your inquiry. Candles require advance owner approval.
DO YOU HAVE WIFI AND A SOUND SYSTEM?
Yes. WiFi and the sound system are included with venue rentals.
WHAT IS THE FACILITATOR ADD-ON?
Facilitator support starts at $500 and may include vendor communication, timeline management, setup oversight, guest flow, and wrap coordination. Final pricing depends on the event scope.
DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT?
Yes. Military discounts are available upon request.
HOW DO I CHECK A DATE?
Submit the inquiry form on the Check Your Date page with your preferred date, rental type, guest count, and event details. Submitting the form does not reserve the date. Your date is secured only after approval, a signed rental agreement, and the required payment.
