STANDARD EVENT RENTAL

$175 per hour every day
3-hour minimum
Starts at $525

Designed for baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, dinners, micro weddings, private celebrations, workshops, and meaningful gatherings.

PHOTOGRAPHY RENTAL

$75 per hour

For portraits, brand sessions, styled shoots, and content creation. This rate is for photography use only. Private events and guest gatherings use the standard venue rate.

WEEKDAY WORKSHOP PACKAGE

$250 for up to 5 consecutive hours total
Monday through Thursday

Available by approval for qualifying small businesses and nonprofit organizations hosting workshops, classes, educational programs, or community learning events. Setup, workshop time, and cleanup must all happen within the 5-hour window. Additional time, if approved, is billed at the standard venue rate.

FULL-DAY ACCESS

Starts at $1,200 • Up to 15 hours

For events, workshops, productions, and gatherings that need extended access for up to 15 hours.

FACILITATOR ADD-ON

Starts at $500

May include vendor communication, timeline management, setup oversight, guest flow, and wrap coordination. Final pricing depends on the event scope.

CAPACITY

Fully seated layouts typically accommodate 32 to 37 guests depending on setup. Mixed seated and standing layouts can accommodate up to 55 guests.

MILITARY DISCOUNT

Military discounts are available upon request.

HOW TO RESERVE

Submit the inquiry form on the Check Your Date page with your preferred date, rental type, guest count, and event details. Submitting the form does not reserve your date. A date is secured only after approval, a signed rental agreement, and the required payment.
