Every rental includes tables, chairs, lounge seating, decor access, sound system, WiFi, a small kitchen, outdoor space, and complimentary setup and cleanup time. Clients bring their own food and beverages, and outside vendors are welcome. Military discounts are available upon request.

Reserve The Parlour for flexible full-day access starting at $1,200. Best for micro weddings, retreats, productions, styled shoots, workshops, vendor events, and celebrations that need extended setup, event, and wrap time. Clients bring their own food and beverages, and outside vendors are welcome. Military discounts are available upon request.

Add dedicated event-day support for vendor communication, timeline management, setup oversight, guest flow, and wrap coordination. Facilitator service starts at $500 and can be added to any approved venue rental.

Hourly venue access for professional photography, brand sessions, portraits, and content creation at $75 per hour. This rate is for photography use only. Private events and guest gatherings are priced at the standard $175 hourly venue rate.

A specially priced $250 Monday-through-Thursday venue package providing up to 5 consecutive hours total for qualifying small businesses and nonprofit organizations hosting workshops, classes, educational programs, or community learning events. Setup, workshop time, and cleanup must all happen within the 5-hour window. Clients bring their own food and beverages. Availability and eligibility require approval.
